My weight lose journey.
I am still working to get to my goal I can definitely say. I see progress and change. I never wanted to take full body pictures because I was so embarrassed of the way I looked. I feel more energetic I wake up ready to tackle the day and this journey is life changing . Thanks coach Bonita!

I really don’t know where to start. I have been trying to lose weight for many years. I saw Ms. Bonita’s results and thought man, I want what she had! It took me two times to reached out to fully commit, but this program has been amazing! Hard, but easy to follow and the weight just comes off. It is effortless to say the least. I have a ton of energy and I can move way better than before. I was in pain first thing in the mornings, but that is gone. I look forward to the future and can’t wait to meet my goal!

Ms. Bonita came to me as an angel in disguise!
I was only 28 years old when I met her. As a single Mom of 2 girls, I had been through a lot. Having a child out of wedlock at a very young age and feeling like my church at the time was judgmental, I wrote off organized religion completely.
One day, Ms. Bonita came to my desk & brought me the most beautiful crystal candy dish….accompanied by a bag of Hershey kisses. She said to me “I know you are going through a lot right now, always know I’m here if you need me."
I never shared with her what I was going through, she just knew! From that point on, she became my guardian angel.
Several years later, Bonita officiated mine & Brians wedding ceremony….but not without counseling us! She sat us down & made us discuss some crucial topics. I’m so glad she did!
Brian & I are going on 7 years strong now…& more in love than ever! I’m certain we wouldn’t be where we are now without Ms. Bonita’s guidance & support!
